Saturday Competition 2013

Go o then, let's give this one a go.
This competition will run completely separate from the main Tipster Competition.
Each week will have a theme (Male/Female names, Royalty, Colours etc).
Maximum of 8 selections, with a free choice of race. There may be weeks when the max is not possible so to cover that............
No Minimum selections, if you just want to pick one then just pick one.
Scoring as follows. (i'll look after the settling if everyone is happy with that)
1st = 5 pts
2nd = 3 pts
3rd = 1 pt (1 pt for 4th in 16 runner handicaps too)
(2nd/3rd place points regardless of number of runners)

Bonus Points - 100% S/P for winners, 50% S/P for placed horses (2nd/3rd regardless of runners, 4th for 16 runner+ handicaps)
less than 2/1 = 0 pts
Up to 5/1 = 1 pt
Up to 10/1 = 2 pts
Up to 15/1 = 3 pts
Up to 20/1 = 5 pts
Over 20/1 = 10 pts

The weekly winner will be asked to choose the 'Theme' for the following week. If it is not posted by 9.00 pm on the Friday, a theme can be chosen by anyone, stating .Friday 9pm rule.'

Number one. Selections must be on the theme of One. Draw, racecard number, in the name. Will give a degree of flexibility for creative purposes.
