Patrick is the only one to make a profit over the last fortnight and climbs to fourth. Clive hits top spot as Angela and Steve both incur largish losses. Lynne, despite a weeks win, stays in sixth while I'm already out with the fairies and miles behind. No entries from Hugo.

One quarter of the Comp done already and with the flat season kick-starting in and the Aintree festival on this week it'll be an exciting week or two ahead, folks.

This fortnight I've moved off the bottom, (miracles never cease!), replaced by Lynne, Steve's free-fall continues, Patrick makes a little ground, Hugo's new random selector programme fails to make in-roads, Clive isn't entering selections and our leader, Angela, remains serenely clear but dips a little overall.

Only Angela makes a profit over the fortnight thereby consolidating her lead - Patrick leapfrogs Hugo as the latter makes a loss and Patrick has a no show, Steve and Lynne leapfrog me as they have smaller deficits - Clive again makes no entries which is a shame - come back Clive!!

It's admittedly hard to see but can't be ruled out. Lynne and I continue to struggle, Patrick pops by and jumps past Hugo narrowly.
