After 52 hard-fought weeks a slightly surprise winner emerges through Steve pipping Patrick, it seems mainly down to Steve's better record on the side comps where Patrick's less consistent entries were his downfall.
Here are the final positions:

Well done Steve well deserved win for consistency throughout the comps. Gutted id assumed i had it.

Blimey, thought Patrick had just held on. Chuffed to get my second win after a long time.
Next year i want to win the 'Blue Ribbon' event - The Daily Tipster Comp. Patrick has dominated this for the past couple of years (deservedly so, as his strike-rate is impressive - Check first past the post thread) and it is gonna take a bit more consistency on my part to de-throne him.
